Insurance companies may suggest a shop from their "preferred" list.  But you have the right to choose a shop of your choice.  You are not required to use their DRP ( direct repair facility) recommended by your insurance company.  You have the right to choose a shop of your choice.  

Yes! We work with all major insurance providers and will guide you through the claims process from start to finish. We can even communicate directly with your adjuster to ensure repairs are handled quickly and correctly.

You are not required by law to get more than one estimate.  However you are obligated to allow your insurance company a reasonable amount of time to inspect prior to starting repairs.

Repair estimates may vary.  A lower estimate may not have repairs or procedures required to properly repair your vehicle to it's safety specifications.  Also an estimate may not include hidden damage unknown until a proper disassembly and repair plan can be written.
